don't go full screen make side panel still visable after click on PR

make it a sub panel in the maindashboar

create functional PR panel

redirect into dashboard after login

use username as login

add login/out for admin and employee

remove this

create an MEP inventory system with side panel where employee can make PR on item to site they are working on, admin can approve or reject the purchase requested by the employee, add new item into existing inventory, authorized access level on employee with certain level
