Native reproduction bundle

This package supports all six registered claims with the pinned official implementation and released artifacts at commit 7a185464eda8a7346dacfe4a41e03ca1196c5d88. It includes 16 paper-default N=12 RBM/Metropolis runs, 32 exhaustive exact released-RBM transition-kernel cells, four 1,000-iteration N=100 histories, all 220 released H100 grid cells, and nine raw-vector Shapiro-Wilk reruns over 27,348 observations.

Claims 1, 4, and 6 are verified. Claims 2, 3, and 5 are directly falsified as literally registered; their source-supported sub-results are preserved rather than silently substituted. No paper-scale result was invented, substituted, or repaired with a nearby result.

The evidence matrix is semantic-quality-gate v4 and forecasts 12 verified points locally. Judge points are counted only after a persisted exact-current-SHA verdict.
