Deterministic CPU-only audit of all six exact registered claims for OpenReview LJdacnMXkr. Registered theorem numbering and empirical assets are pinned to immutable arXiv 2507.06161v1; the current PDF is separately pinned.

The bundle verifies mass-adjoint symmetry, mass/constant conservation, entrywise positivity, spectral damping, scaling uniqueness, Gaussian and exponential fixed-scale convergence, 5–10-iteration normalization, and resolution-sensitive spectra. Row, one-shot, and non-PSD destructive controls preserve the theorem's necessary scope.
