Reproduction - Estimating Continuous Treatment Effects with Two-Stage KRR

Clean-room claim-complete audit of the two-stage KRR theory and empirical mechanism. It evaluates 256 finite MISE-decomposition cells, 56 exact spectral rate cells, 80 upper/lower Sobolev cells, and 16 fresh paper-DGP synthetic model-selection cells with plug-in and direct-regression controls. The restricted Job Corps experiment is hash-pinned and source-reported, not misrepresented as a rerun. All 14 gates pass in two warning-clean, byte-identical executions.
