Reproduction bundle

This deterministic CPU-only Trackio logbook audits all six registered claims for OpenReview KqMqJpSMnQ / arXiv 2602.07530v2.

outputs/ and packaged_replay/ are separate warning-strict byte-identical runs. The executable solves the literal LP, exhausts small parametric Lagrangians and clique-reduction certificates, checks exact conformal ranks, and independently recreates the described routing mechanism. The three authors' synthetic panels are separately hash-pinned; the fresh routing audit is not mislabeled as their unreleased-seed rerun. BUNDLE_SHA256SUMS.txt authenticates every authored file except itself.
