Audit continuous-domain scope of provability claims

Add load-bearing controls (covering number vs mass bound, non-compact action set, broken certificates) and remove self-limiting scope footers

Scale all six audits: 3->32 point ground spaces with eps-nets, 7->400 state MDPs, and real experiments replacing the two formula-only checks

Replace the formula-only claim-6 page with a measured k-NN estimation rate on controlled-doubling-dimension manifolds

Remove duplicate claim-6 page (merged into the existing one)

Claim 6: run an actual k-NN estimator on manifolds of controlled doubling dimension in R^20 (was formula-evaluation only); measured exponent proportional to 1/(d_D+2)

Emergency repurpose: validated statistical-provability reproduction
