My drills list could contain all of the following drills, and I want to be able to add to it as needed

I can't see any functionality there, just a ribbon header with "GoalieGrid, Dashboard, Drills, Leaderboard and Profile". I would like it to be functional and also have an interactive display please.

I am an Ice hockey goalie coach and want to build a system to help monitor and inform my athletes. I have a google sheet and form that I currently fill in which is starting to track athlete performance based on a number of drills that they do. I would like the tool to have several uses, I want it to track athlete performance across a range of drills, I want to be able to easily input results of the drill and which athletes did them and when. I want it to spot areas for improvement and also trends to highlight. I would also like each athlete to be able to access their own performance dashboard. I would also like to be a able to display a leader board of which athletes are performing the best across drills. I would like to be able to use filtering in these sorts of things too.
