Settings → Variables and secrets → New secret:

Key	Source
`TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN`	@BotFather
`GROQ_API_KEY`	console.groq.com — free
`GEMINI_API_KEY`	aistudio.google.com — optional
`BOT_NAME`	e.g. `Phantom`

After adding secrets → Factory reboot
