This repository contains an interactive Dashboard for exploring the VQ-VAE Latent Space of Cosmic Dust Analyzer (CDA) spectra.

Features

• —Projectons: Toggle between t-SNE and UMAP representations of the latent space.
• —Categorization & Errors: Color points by Base Model Error, Error Bands, or Signal/Noise 3-Class logic.
• —Interactive Spectra Views: Click on any point in the projection space to view its original spectrum line and corresponding model-reconstructed overlays.
• —Self-Contained Data: The explorer loads 10,000 sub-sampled spectrums from an external data.json file.
