create me a web application specifically suited for watching videos, give it nice animated menus from where i can select the video sort of a scroll down menu with the videos embedded into it. Make the background of the app a darkish-red black gradient. The video player itself needs to have the basic options such as; Quality, Volume, Download, Speed, PiP, Fullscreen and add a custom rotational function.
