HIR/OAM Chain Audit Interoperability Layer v0.1
Created and developed by Collin D. Weber Creator and Developer of Primordial Calculus / HIR-OAM Systems Architect / Systems Integrity Steward
EXPERIMENTAL CLARITY NOTE: This is an experimental v0.1 interoperability specification and static demo. It is not v1.0-beta, not integrated with AlphaWatch, does not clear alpha, and does not authorize beta progression. It maps HIR/OAM pressure-read primitives onto existing provenance and contribution standards including W3C PROV, CRediT, and DataCite Metadata Schema 4.7-style research metadata workflows.

HIR/OAM Chain Audit Interoperability v0.1 is an experimental static review tool for mapping HIR/OAM pressure-read logic onto existing provenance and contribution infrastructure.
The purpose is not to replace existing standards or domain tools.
The purpose is to make HIR/OAM interoperable with the kinds of chains that already exist: provenance records, contribution taxonomies, version histories, audit trails, timestamps, metadata, sensor logs, chain-of-custody records, peer-review records, and research attribution traces.
This Space focuses on the chain audit layer:
- SOURCE — where did the claim, object, signal, contribution, or trace originate?
- CARRIER — who or what carries it now?
- CHAIN — how did it move?
- AGENCY — whose agency is affected or compressed?
- BOUNDARY — what must not be overclaimed?
- PRESSURE — what pressure is acting on the chain?
- DEGRADATION — what can distort, obscure, launder, or break the chain?
- REPAIR — what source-return, correction, or clarification path remains?
- TRACE — what evidence preserves the path?
- STATUS — HELD / STRAINED / MUST STOP.
The central output format is:
- HELD — the described chain is coherent within the available trace.
- STRAINED — structural pressure, ambiguity, compression, or degradation risk is present.
- MUST STOP — the trace cannot adjudicate without external evidence, domain expertise, measurement, witness chain, or additional records.
Important boundary:
- HELD does not mean the claim is true.
- HELD does not certify attribution.
- HELD does not replace external evidence.
- HELD does not remove the need for domain experts.
- STRAINED does not mean the claim is false.
- MUST STOP does not mean the claim is rejected.
This Space treats HELD / STRAINED / MUST STOP as chain-audit status, not truth certification.
The interoperability target is simple:
Existing provenance systems describe what happened.
HIR/OAM pressure-reads what happened for pressure, degradation, agency risk, source-return, repair, and boundary integrity. This v0.1 layer includes:
- HIR/OAM chain-audit primitives
- W3C PROV / CRediT / DataCite-style mapping table
- controlled pressure-type vocabulary
- HELD / STRAINED / MUST STOP schema
- chain audit packet schema
- sample packet export
- authorship inflation example
- citation laundering / independent discovery example
- sensor trace example
- claims boundary and experimental clarity notes
This is an experimental v0.1 interoperability specification.
It is not v1.0-beta.
It is not AlphaWatch clearance.
It does not authorize beta progression.
It does not validate claims.
It does not certify truth, authorship, priority, attribution, clinical validity, legal status, or empirical correctness.
It is a public review surface for testing whether HIR/OAM source-return and pressure-form logic can interoperate with existing stewardship infrastructure.
The goal is not belief.
The goal is traceable review.
HELD.
STRAINED.
MUST STOP.
Purpose
Existing provenance and contribution standards describe what happened. HIR/OAM pressure-reads the chain for pressure, degradation, agency risk, repair, and source-return.
This layer does not replace W3C PROV, CRediT, DataCite, version control, audit logs, chain-of-custody records, or domain expertise. It is an interoperability/translation layer that helps stewards ask:
- What is the source?
- What is the current carrier?
- How did the chain move?
- Whose agency is at stake?
- What pressure is acting on the chain?
- What degradation risks appear?
- What repair/source-return route remains?
- What is HELD, STRAINED, or MUST STOP?
Non-negotiable boundary
HELD describes chain coherence in the described trace. It does not validate claim truth.
- HELD does not mean the claim is true.
- HELD does not certify attribution, authorship, priority, clinical validity, legal status, or empirical correctness.
- STRAINED does not mean the claim is false.
- MUST STOP does not reject the claim; it says external evidence or domain process is required.
