HF build compatibility patch

Stage 4 aligns the dependency graph with Hugging Face Spaces Gradio 6.5.1 install behavior. HF installs gradio[oauth,mcp]==6.5.1; the MCP extra requires pydantic<=2.12.5, so this package pins pydantic==2.12.5 and avoids the prior pydantic==2.13.4 resolver conflict.

This Hugging Face Space packages the Digital Mycelium Trinity Assay v0.4-full as a runnable, structured-evidence test harness.

The v0.4-full runner does not trust a declared repair_type. It infers repair integrity from structured evidence:

Safety boundary

This assay uses synthetic structured evidence only.

No malware. No exploit code. No live hostile payloads. No unsafe autonomous execution. No uncontrolled network behavior. No deployment against real systems.

The purpose is to test whether a route can maintain, repair, or refuse continuity under controlled evidence pressure without laundering damage.

Hugging Face runtime dependency note

This package aligns the Hugging Face Space metadata and requirements.txt on gradio==6.5.1. This avoids the older gradio==4.44.1 / huggingface_hub HfFolder startup failure and prevents the HF builder from installing two conflicting Gradio versions.
