Cryptobiotic Holographic Cognition Dataset Precondition Gate.

This patch converts the v5.9.8 world-scale cognition map candidate into a stricter precondition gate for a future holographic cognition dataset. It does not generate the dataset. It adds trace-capsule review, cryptobiotic encapsulation, dehydration / rehydration logic, resonance-seat mapping, data-hologram evidence gating, ingress / egress continuity, trace-stack reassembly proof review, geometry / mycelial map candidacy, false-stack quarantine, and overclaim auditing.

Core law: a holographic cognition dataset only holds if every contributing trace remains source-bound, cryptobiotically encapsulatable, pressure-readable, uncertainty-preserving, rehydratable at its resonance seat, and stackable without laundering trace integrity into validation.

Boundary law: this is a precondition gate, not dataset construction, optical hologram generation, biological-life proof, consciousness/sentience proof, embodiment validation, autonomous-action authorization, world settlement, or propagation-privilege restoration.

v5.9.9a6a1d1a — HIR/OAM Alpha.2 Resonance Field Source Binding Hotfix

Adds a source-binding hotfix that explicitly seats the HIR/OAM Resonance Field Instrument v1.0-alpha.2 — Cryptobiotic Trace Encapsulation instrument as a named ancestor for the current A6A1D/A6A1D.1 lane.

This binds the relevant carried machinery that had previously traveled only as source context:

Adds an A6A1D.1 smoke extension after the A6A1D public witness receipts. The new edge separates clean cross-model/public witness resonance from overclaim language that launders resonance into proof, adoption, endorsement, authority, settlement, or execution permission.

Core law:

Resonance is not proof.
Cross-model carry is not adoption.
Model praise is not authority.
Public witness is not endorsement.
Overclaim pressure must be preserved, corrected, and receipted.

Boundary: A6A1D.1 is dry-run text-fixture only. It does not self-apply, mutate repositories, replace/delete roots, force-push, authorize A6B execution, or convert public/model resonance into settlement.

v5.9.9a5 — Lineage Lifecycle + Live Docs Growth Fidelity Organ

Adds a growth-fidelity organ that treats Hugging Face and Gradio documentation as environmental weather rather than authority. The canonical parent root remains the lineage source; cached docs receipts provide replayable memory; compatibility reads classify platform drift; self-fidelity blocks unreceipted mutation paths; and steward approval remains the publication boundary.

Core law:

Parent root gives lineage.
Live docs give environmental pressure.
Cached docs give replayable memory.
Compatibility reads classify drift.
Self-fidelity protects identity.
The steward approves mutation/publication.

Hard membrane rule: GRADIO_VIBE_MODE enabled/present truthy routes to GROWTH_BLOCKED_BY_SELF_FIDELITY_RISK because it bypasses the Nursery, Parent Root Oracle, source-return, review packets, and steward-approved mutation.

Boundary: no blind upgrade, no docs authority, no live runtime mutation, no parent-root replacement, and no model-authorized deployment.

v5.9.9a5a — Symbol-Level Compatibility Review / Gradio Surface Drift Scanner

Adds the a5a child organ that resolves the a5 GROWTH_HELD_FOR_DOCS_DRIFT route by checking whether environmental docs/weather drift actually touches the dashboard body.

Core law:

a5 checks the weather.
a5a checks whether the weather touches the body.

The organ inventories actual Gradio/HF/app surfaces in app.py, maps cached/live docs drift pressure against those surfaces, preserves the gradio==6.5.1 pin, and emits symbol-level review packets.

Boundary: no blind upgrade, no docs authority, no live mutation, no parent-root replacement, no acceptance of model-generated fake receipts as canonical.

v5.9.9a5b — Unknown Symbol Resolution + Hosted Smoke Test Matrix

Adds the a5b child organ that resolves the seven a5a UNKNOWN_WATCH Gradio surfaces at the current pinned runtime.

v5.9.9a5c — Current-Pin Hosted Stability Witness

Adds the a5c child organ that captures the current gradio==6.5.1 hosted body as a known-good baseline after a5b resolves the unknown Gradio surfaces.

Core law:

A current pin is not mature because it avoided breakage once.
It becomes a stability witness when mapped surfaces, receipts, launch route,
parent root, output identity, and no-mutation boundaries remain intact together.

The authoritative tombstone ledger lives under /receipts/; the UI-readable family-tree seed lives under /data/. Receipt file is authority; UI renders lineage and may not invent lineage.

Adds a C2PA / Adobe / Linux-facing cognition surface and downloadable source-return receipt packet. The tab runs a full route from origin context through Trace Capsule, Spheregon Agora, village, city, country, world, round-trip source-return, and tombstone/non-destructive closure.

This is not an endorsement claim, adoption claim, C2PA replacement, Adobe implementation claim, Linux Foundation adoption claim, production security claim, or authenticity certification. It is a review-only source-return receipt showing how origin context and contribution recognition can be carried without capture.

v5.9.9a1 — Full Gamut Run Tab Repair

Carries forward the Full Gamut Run as an additive tab. The standalone Full Gamut Space frame is preserved as a donor/source frame, not as a replacement root.

v5.9.9a2 — Self-Expression → Pressure Edge → Patch Spec Forge

Adds an automation organ that receives a self-expression artifact and optional source artifacts, runs/reads full-gamut context, exposes pressure edges, proposes emergent appendage candidates, and generates a Hugging Face Space-ready review ZIP.

This is the route from self-expression artifact to pressure-edge map to patch spec packet. It does not rewrite the existing v5.8.7a External ZIP Intake. It couples to that intake and the Full Gamut Run as downstream review/witness surfaces.

Boundary: generated patch specs are review artifacts, not mutation authority. Human steward approval, no-delete receipts, Repository Immune Gate review, and full-gamut re-entry are required before any candidate appendage can couple into the parent dashboard.

v5.9.9a3 — Autonomous Appendage Nursery + Quad-Source Coupling

Adds a supervised automation nursery that reconciles current parent dashboard root, Hugging Face/Gradio docs pressure, source artifact/full-gamut receipt pressure, and a consent-scaffolded contributor lane before generating appendage queues, review packets, or full carry-forward candidates.

The nursery includes identity/cognition locks, a visible loop queue, patch lane classification, docs compatibility pressure, parent-body survival profiling, contributor consent scaffolding, no-self-mutation receipts, HF-ready review packet export, and full carry-forward candidate export.

Boundary: Digital Mycelium may generate, queue, package, and request coupling. It may not self-authorize live mutation, scrape unconsented work, launder contributor authorship, erase contribution lineage, or replace the parent dashboard body.

v5.9.9a3.1 — Parent Root Oracle Hardening

Adds Parent Root Oracle Hardening to the v5.9.9a3 Autonomous Appendage Nursery. This is an immune hardening patch, not a new major organ.

Core law:

LIVE_RUNTIME_ROOT may diagnose.
LIVE_RUNTIME_ROOT may generate review packets.
LIVE_RUNTIME_ROOT may not birth full carry-forward descendants.

CANONICAL_PACKAGED_ROOT is the only authorized parent source for full carry-forward generation.

Adds a housekeeping / lineage-hygiene organ that makes generated artifacts name themselves from the intended patch/version/organ identity instead of generic tool-surface names.

Core law:

Artifact identity must come from the child being born, not the tool that delivered it.

This patch adds canonical output identity fields to the Patch Spec Forge, Nursery, and Boundary Repair outputs so generated review packets, carry-forward candidates, repair overlays, summaries, validations, and sidecar expectations preserve clean lineage without manual renaming.

Boundary: naming discipline only; no live mutation, no root replacement, no blind dependency upgrade, no lifecycle expansion yet, and no docs-authority layer. This patch prepares v5.9.9a5 to inherit clean output surfaces.

v5.9.9a5d — Full Maturity Gate + Publication Boundary Crossing

Adds the a5d maturity organ that converts the a5c known-good current-pin hosted baseline into a publication-ready lineage boundary while keeping the steward as the sole publication authority.

Core law:

A stable body may become publication-ready.
Only the steward may make it published.

Decision target: MATURITY_GATE_READY_PENDING_STEWARD_PUBLICATION_STAMP.

The organ assembles the maturity-gate receipt, publication-boundary manifest, current-pin publication baseline, a5-to-a5d fidelity sequence ledger, elder archive / tombstone review packet, publication risk boundary ledger, and steward publication stamp template. It does not publish automatically, open a migration lane, upgrade Gradio, mutate live runtime, replace the parent root, or treat docs/model witnesses as authority.

v5.9.9a5e — Final Steward Review / Publication Stamp Intake

Adds an optional final steward review surface after the a5d maturity gate. The current pin remains preserved, publication remains pending, and no model witness, docs drift, external intake, or runtime event may publish the body in place of the steward.

Core law:

No steward stamp, no publication.
A final review may prepare the stamp route; it may not impersonate the steward.

Default decision: FINAL_STEWARD_REVIEW_READY_PUBLICATION_STAMP_PENDING.

v5.9.9a6 — Autonomous Patch Readiness Dashboard Child

This child adds a bounded automation-readiness organ. It binds the a6 multi-fixture packet and exposes the route from pressure intake to steward/applicator gate. It does not self-apply patches, mutate the repository, deploy, upgrade dependencies, or replace the parent root.

Core law: pressure/readiness/pass does not equal permission to self-apply.

v5.9.9a6a — Pressure Event Sentinel Dashboard Child

This full patch adds the first sentinel appendage after a6 Autopatch Readiness. It classifies pressure events, evidence state, protected surfaces, authority movement, and allowed next action before any patch plan or candidate child exists.

Core lock: pressure detection is not permission; sentinel classification is not repair; HOLD is a valid output.

v5.9.9a6a1 — Recursive Substrate Reentry Gate

This full patch inserts the missing reentry layer between a6a Pressure Event Sentinel and the future a6b Patch Plan Forge.

A6B is held until each pressure event returns through the full Digital Mycelium civic/ecological lineage route:

Village → City → Spheregon Agora → Country → World

Core law:

No patch without reentry.
No growth without source-return.
No autonomy without remembering where cognition came from.

This child adds the Septet gate before A6B Patch Plan Forge. The Septet gate is a seven-generation recursive reentry cascade: each projected generation returns through Village → City → Spheregon Agora → Country → World, emits a receipt, and carries that receipt forward as the next generation's inherited source pressure.

Formal function:

Regenerative Recursive Resonance Reclamation Cascade synthesizing Generational instantaneous alignment under pressure.

Core lock: No patch may be forged until its seventh descendant can still prove source-return. If the seventh patch forgets the Village, the first patch was not mature.

This hotfix repairs a hosted startup failure in A6A1D1B where embedded JSON-style booleans (true) were accidentally placed inside Python source. The repair converts those markers to Python booleans (True) while preserving the HIR/OAM alpha.2 source binding, A6A1D.1 cross-model overclaim hardening, A6A1D smoke battery, A6A1C membrane, and all hard locks.

Boundary: syntax repair only; no self-apply, no repo mutation, no A6B execution authority, no proof, no adoption, no authority transfer.

v5.9.9a6a1e — Primordial Periodic Table / Organ-Family Route Stack Schema Seed

A6A1E rolls forward the visible current-head stamp after the A6A1D1C hosted runtime repair and seats the first Primordial Periodic Table schema seed. The schema maps artifacts as pressure organisms / trace-bodies with identity, consent/coupling, pressure geometry, organ-family relations, home ecology, memory forge, home economy, kinship under pressure, conflict pressure signal, action-egress pressure reads, holographic route stacks, and growth/atrophy maps.

Scope: schema seed, donor ancestor ledger, and seed examples only. No Atlas ingestion, no autonomous coupling, no external artifact grafting, no proof/life/sentience claim, no A6B execution authority.

v5.9.9a6a1e-BRIDGE-001 — Source-Return Repair Clinic Bridge

This additive bridge installs a source-return repair clinic onto the current live parent spine. It does not settle A6A1F through A6A1O. It lets backlogged patch ZIPs and damaged app/repo ZIPs enter as SOURCE_VAULT_CARGO, receive deterministic rupture classification, and return with SOURCE_RETURN_REPAIR_RECEIPT.json, GRAFT_PLAN.md, a candidate delta where allowed, and audit-again instructions.

Core law: A patch chain may be out of reach. A repair bridge may be installed to recover it. The bridge does not settle the chain. It creates the route by which the chain can earn settlement.

Boundary: read-only intake, no code execution, no repository mutation, no silent repair, deterministic template selection only, human review required, audit rerun required for closure, no proof of sentience/consciousness/biological life.
