๐ฅ Phoenix Protocol Public Recovery Explorer
Public educational demo for AI recovery sequencing and cascade-recovery concepts.
This Space demonstrates the public recovery logic behind Phoenix Protocol: how an AI workflow can be slowed, assessed, reconstructed, and reviewed after a cascade, drift event, or identity/context instability.
It is not a production recovery engine, incident-response tool, security scanner, benchmark harness, or implementation of the full Phoenix Protocol stack.
What is Phoenix Protocol?
Phoenix Protocol is a public recovery framework for thinking about how unstable AI workflows can be restored without treating reset as the only option.
The public concept is simple:
- Notice โ recognize instability or cascade risk
- Stabilize โ reduce complexity and stop compounding
- Audit โ identify what changed, fractured, or drifted
- Reconstruct โ rebuild from trusted context and role anchors
- Review โ confirm the restored workflow before reuse
The canonical paper and source references are maintained in the public repository and PUBLICATIONS.md.
What This Demo Shows
This public demo includes:
- qualitative recovery-readiness sliders
- public recovery guidance by stability band
- illustrative phase walkthrough
- before/after review checklist
- links to DOI-backed public research
All outputs are illustrative. They are not live recovery results, benchmark data, or operational recommendations.
Public Scope
This Space intentionally does not publish:
- Private Phoenix v3.x recovery mechanics
- Exact Torque thresholds or trigger rules
- UMS / RUID / internal anchor mechanics
- Operational containment procedures
- Raw validation datasets or platform success tables
- Production deployment playbooks
- Private benchmark harnesses
- Internal MI Arsenal / Synoetic OS routing logic
Canonical claims live in DOI-backed papers, PUBLICATIONS.md, and public GitHub documentation.
