I want to create an application that works on I-phone16 PRO to arrive to this excel final rapport sheet. The final result must be this: excel sheet to be export with first column with date, then second column LOCATION with possibility to add text and then after have multiple choice from previous inputs, then 3rd column is ACTIVITY where have different choices to select after first time input, 4th column time start then 5th column time end, then last column BILLED with choice yes or NO. The procedure to arrive to this weekly log of activities by time by place, with type distinction billed and not billed must be super easy by available windows of choices to select day by day hours by hours. Based on the final goal, reverse engineer the process to propose the best sleek light app. that allow to calculate total hours, billed and not and export everything on a excel format with at the end the possibility to add picture of signature of the doctor that fill up the log and as well under it the HEAD of department and last the DIRECTOR of HOSPITAL.
