i want to access the options like i am unable to post and request or donate

i like to call this website as hope hub and the user must be able to create a new account and i would like to add some API

so i am planning to a website with an interactive front end and effective backend where the website helps people to connect through the disaster time like people can come forwad to donate food,medical items necessary items and people willing to volunteer for the rescuing and there should be proper aurthentication while logint like for example the phone number should be only 10 digts long and there hould be a proper database connection where i can see the user details lwhena new user had logged in and the request for the resources should be time based like after the required time is over then the request should be removed and there should be the detials need to avaliabe about the person who is willing to help
