Design a mobile-first fitness app where users log lifts (weight × reps × sets) and see their cumulative training volume (“tonnage”) construct an ever-evolving castle. The castle upgrades in stages as lifetime tonnage increases; daily/weekly progress animates small builds (banners rising, scaffolds moving). Tone: motivating, cozy, medieval-meets-modern UI.
