I want to know which areas are appreciating and the expected appreciation in 2 years, 5 years, 10 years and by how much and detailed why if I'm considering investing as well as places with high rental yield. but divide the properties in categories with affordable entry price, luxury prices, and ultra luxury. as well as type of property if its vill, town house, and apartments that should be sub divided by number of bedrooms. also match each categories with their purchase price and rental amount and rental yield and potential appreciation in 2 years time, 5 years time and 10 years time. make it detailed and organized. the goal of this is to be able to advice my clients according to their requirements, budgets and needs. at the end of each section of the report right and explanatory and inferral paragraph to explain the data.
