Create a new page with two horizontal scrolls, carrousel style and ultra smooth animation with snap-ons or baby steps, both should be continuous and reset when reach the end, also on hover it should stop and when stopped it allows the user to scroll manually side to side, reset after 1.2s of inactivity.
