UCSF-PDGM — BraTS-format structural subset (T1/T1c/T2/FLAIR + tumor segmentation)
⚠️ This repository is the BraTS-format structural subset of UCSF-PDGM — NOT the full multi-sequence release.
Per patient it provides the 4 structural MRI modalities (T1, T1c, T2, FLAIR) co-registered to the
240 × 240 × 155 BraTS grid (1 mm isotropic, skull-stripped) plus the expert-corrected tumor segmentation.
The full UCSF-PDGM release additionally contains DWI, ADC, ASL, SWI, HARDI/DTI and… See the full description on the dataset page: https://huggingface.co/datasets/MedOtter/UCSF-PDGM.UCSF_PDGM
UCSF_PDGM — 2D Slice-Based Multi-Sequence Brain MRI Dataset with Tumor Segmentation
This dataset is derived from the UCSF Preoperative Diffuse Glioma MRI (UCSF-PDGM) collection, a large-scale, preoperative brain MRI dataset of patients with histopathologically confirmed diffuse gliomas, hosted on The Cancer Imaging Archive (TCIA). The original collection provides skull-stripped, co-registered, multi-sequence 3D MRI volumes along with expert-corrected multicompartment tumor… See the full description on the dataset page: https://huggingface.co/datasets/chehablab/UCSF_PDGM.PDG2024pdg-particle-properties
