Dataset Card for OIDA-QA
OIDA-QA is a multimodal benchmark built on the UCSF-JHU Opioid Industry Documents Archive (OIDA), an archive of over 4 million documents that preserve and provide permanent public access to previously-internal corporate documents released from opioid litigation and other sources. The documents shed light on the opioid industry during the height of the U.S. opioid crisis.
The dataset includes 400k training and 10k testing documents. From these documents, rich… See the full description on the dataset page: https://huggingface.co/datasets/opioidarchive/oida-qa.usa_opioid_overdose
Overview
This dataset contains the number of yearly deaths due to Unintentional Drug Overdoses in the United States at a County Level between 2003-2015. To overcome the limitation of the original dataset, it is merged with population dataset to identify missing combinations and imputation is performed on the dataset taking into account the logical rules of the source dataset. Users can decide the proportion of the imputed values in the dataset by using the provided population and… See the full description on the dataset page: https://huggingface.co/datasets/revanth7667/usa_opioid_overdose.opioid-receptor-ordinal
Opioid receptor ordinal prediction — handover package
Predicting ligand activity at the four opioid receptors (mu, delta, kappa, NOP)
by decomposing each endpoint into monotone ordinal thresholds rather than
regressing a value. The encoding admits censored records, keeps incommensurable
endpoints separate, and puts the decision boundary in the model output.

This dataset models CNS sedation cascade risk from combined sedatives and opioids in vulnerable patients. It predicts when the interaction between sedative burden, opioid coadministration, baseline respiratory risk, and sleep apnea risk creates a high probability of a sedation event.

Detect when
opioids are given
but monitoring and rescue readiness
do not match risk
Common breaks
no sedation score recorded
resp rate not monitored
SpO2 not monitored
naloxone not available
deterioration not escalated
Examples
ward morphine dose with no obs for hours
recovery opioid with no sedation scoring
ED opioid given then patient desaturates with no response
You use it to flag
opioid safety risk
