Why this dataset is unique
Maldivians commonly write Dhivehi phonetically using Latin script rather than switching to the Thaana keyboard. This produces text like:
"varah reethi vaahaka eh" → ވަރަށް ރީތި ވާހަކައެއް (very nice story)
