1 2CT GUIDED INJECTION [LEFT/RIGHT ][LEVEL ] PERINEURAL SPACE3 4 5Report:6 7 8Details of the procedure were explained to the patient and informed consent obtained. Using an aseptic technique with CT guidance a spinal needle was advanced into the [Left/Right ][Level ] perineural space. Correct positioning was confirmed with a small contrast injection and subsequently the perineural space was infiltrated with a solution of local anaesthetic and corticosteroid.
